The Tribeca Village neighbourhood activity centre was created with a bold vision: to provide a delicate balance of urban, natural coastal and rural residential themes within a living environment that is responsive to the characteristic, aspiration and cultural identity of the community. The project features a unique medium and small scale high density residential offering, lush and spacious wetlands and parks, and an abundance of community facilities such as swim school, medical centre and childcare centre. The retail component will feature a convenience supermarket and specialist retail tenancies, and a town square with a food and drink focus creating a village heart for the community.
